Removable Base Coat has been specifically formulated to enhance the appearance of fine floor finishes. ALL SEAL is based on a unique new polymer system. ALL SEAL is specifically designed polymer system imparts exceptional gloss and leveling while maintaining an outstanding balance of other performance characteristics. ALL SEAL establishes an exceptional base coat that dries to a high gloss. ALL SEAL helps finishes hold up to repeated mopping, buffing, and detergent scrubbing when used as directed. It is recommended as a protective base coat for most types of resilient and non-resilient floors where high speed and regular buffing is required. ALL SEAL can be used effectively on tile, linoleum, wood, concrete and terrazzo floors. ALL SEAL is easy to apply, recoat, maintain and remove. Coverage ratio: 2000 sq. ft/gal.
